We don’t replace school. We complete it—by teaching what school rarely teaches: how to learn, how to manage attention, how to build habits, and how to develop the mindset that drives results.

Our Story
Learning Coach began as a bold idea in Morocco: what if we trained the brain like a muscle and paired it with human coaching—so learners actually enjoy studying and excel without burnout ?
- We formalized Neurocoaching and Student Coaching : the alliance of brain training (memory, attention, processing speed), coaching (mindset, motivation, organization), and well-being practices (breathwork, brain gym, yoga, meditation).
- We proved the approach with real families and real students, and shared our journey through press and TV, including the televised coaching of a student overcoming Bac exam phobia.
- We grew from a local initiative into an international community in French and Arabic, with English rolling out to reach learners worldwide.
Today, Learning Coach is a global movement—a network of students, parents, educators, and certified coachs aligned by one belief : learning better changes everything.
What We Do
1) Neurocoaching
A structured, gamified path that strengthens memory, concentration, speed of learning, and mental habits. Students learn how to learn with methods rooted in neuroscience.
2) Student Coaching
Personalized, weekly coaching that improves grades, organization, motivation, and stress management—an alternative to endless tutoring that targets methods and mindset.
3) Training & Certification
We train Neurocoachs and Student Coachs with a comprehensive curriculum, internships, supervision, and partnership pathways to launch careers.
4) Learning Lab & Community
An always-on Learning Lab where we refine tools (spaced repetition, active recall, Kaizen), co-create resources, and run meetups/workshops.

نريد أن نُعيد للتعلّم بريقه، وأن نمنح كل طالب – أينما كان – الأدوات الذهنية والمهارات الحياتية التي تجعله:
- أكثر تركيزاً،
- أكثر استقلالية،
- وأكثر ثقة بمستقبله.
ببساطة : نساعد المتعلّم أن يتعلّم كيف يتعلّم.
في عالم يتغير بسرعة، لا يكفي أن نضيف ساعات دراسة أو دروس خصوصية.
- النوروكوتشينغ : تدريب الدماغ على التركيز، الحفظ، التنظيم.
- الكوتشينغ المدرسي : مرافقة إنسانية تبني الثقة والهدوء داخل البيت.

- مجتمع من مئات المدربين والآباء والطلاب.
